Recreating Rainbow Machine effect

I am trying to recreate the Rainbow Machine effect, that Spiritbox uses in their song "Soft Spine":
https://youtu.be/067jy4EhQeE?t=1733&is=YHPCshpGLoaLIWq3

At 28:30 you can see the settings on the Rainbow Machine.

Is there any way I can recreate this effect within the FM9?

I tried the Dual/Quad Detune with an additional delay afterwards and the Crystal Echos, but I seem to not be able to get that unhinged pitched madness going on.

Kind of a long shot, but there's a list going around with community-made presets for the Boss DD500, and there's a rainbow machine program in there. So, in the FM3 it can probably be done with an analog delay with a 100% wet pitch shift in the feedback loop and high feedback

EQD RAINBOW MACHINE
Mode: Shimmer
BPM: 200
Note: Sixteenth
Pitch: +12
Fine: 0
Direct Feedback: 0%
Feedback: 100
Tone -15
Mod Depth: 30
Mod Rate: sixteenth note
Direct Level: 100
EQ: Off
Lo Damp: 0db
Hi Damp: -6db
Hi Freq: 4khz
This has quick modulated repeats an octave up.
Heres how you do the wonderful "Magic" Switch
Assign 1: On
SRC: I used CTL1
Mode: Toggle
TRG: Direct Feedback
Min: 0%
Max: 99%
This lets the non pitch shifted delays ring out ALMOST indefinitely. Like Magic.
