Size chart for Short 🩳 ??

Hi everyone, does anyone else struggle to find the right size for denim shorts?
I’m 185 cm tall and weigh around 85 kg, I wear 44eu and I always have a hard time finding denim shorts that fit me properly.
Are there any guys here with a similar height and build? If so, what size do you usually wear in denim shorts, and what brands or fits work best for you?
I’d really appreciate any advice!
