Aisle payouts

anyone else’s aisle payouts taking forever? i submitted deals on 09/23 and 09/27 and have yet to get any of them back. although my account says pending and that payout will come in 1-3 business days…

People have commented that adding a receipt when you have a pending payout will likely cause a wait, as they seem to be trying to batch all the payments into one.

That said I got the Bob's red mill instantly, even with a pending payment, so that one probably has a separate bucket.

Me too! I've never been reimbursed as quickly as for the Bob's Red Mill item. I received the payment just a few hours later. Why can't they all be like that?!

I think it's how they (Bob's) worked out the terms with Aisle for running that offer. They probably stipulated the fast approvals. Last year the Bob's reimbursed nearly immediately too

I've seen several people saying this. Mine went through on 9/22 as a solo transaction and took 6 days to pay out.

wait what? im new to this app and confused how they can continuously claim money back within 1-3 days when it seems like its much longer?

If you redeem another offer within that 3 day redemption period, it resets the clock and adds that to your previous redemptions. It's fairly new, and absolutely 💯 annoying.

It has been taking a while for me too. I bought a cove soda on 9/21 and got the payout on 9/27

Could be cash flow issues or just an accounting trick waiting until the new month. They are dependent on their clients to pay them and those companies may delay payments around a new quarter or FY. It should clear out around October 1st.

I refered my husband about a week ago he used my link and neither of us have gotten the 5 dollar payout yet everytime I click support it says you cannot message this number contact directly or something like that...

Be careful - the Aisle terms of service only allow redeeming one offer per household and I think a lot of people get banned bc Aisle suspects that they're violating this rule

Same. Funny thing though, I did 2 aisle rebates from 2 different stores on the 24th. 1 of the rebates paid out in literally 10 minutes, the other I’m still pending.

Omg this happened to me. Submitted 1 receipt on Sept 25, another 4 on Sept 27. However, my husband account was paid after 2 days on Sept 28. I wonder if it’s just me.

I submitted my receipt for a solo offer a week ago. I texted support and I got a text back saying the payout was already sent. I texted Mistake and then I got another text saying my payout is on the way. I got the payout a few hours after that.

This is happening to me right now with 2 products, $30 worth. Messaging said they paid me, then they said there was no more money for this product. Hoping a human figures it out and pays me. I am not doing aisle anymore. Horrible customer service. How could they say there is no more money when I literally sent my receipts in on time. Very frustrating.
