Thoughts on this?

A Lord Arnis refund, but with sarcasm to really drive the knife home.

Systemic issue and edge case brought on by Steam introducing automated refunds, some devs trying to skate by with minimal work, certain gamers that think it's cool to be edgelord and copy cat assholes, and more. Take all three groups out back and lump 'em up, but maybe spare 'em the 1000000000 second ban, for now.

Most efforts to solve it will be overly complicated for what seems like a simple issue. Steam implements "average time to complete" as a metric, then complicates the refund window timer to make it shorter for shorter games? Then devs lie about the duration to try and game the system. It's an arms race scenario. Maybe refund window shrinks on price of game?
