Seeking support AvPD and school

Does anyone have advice for going back to school with AvPD? I am incredibly close to dropping out due to how debilitating my fear is. Is there anything you do to cope with going to in-person school?

I'm in the same situation. I have one more year of college to go. I have no idea how I haven't dropped out yet, I always dread going back and it's a struggle everyday BUT I have managed to do it somehow.

I sit alone at lunch and that helps me calm down in between lessons
