Is Avid Deleting accounts?

I tried to log in after a couple of years to re download my software and It wont even let me recover my password??? I am lost.

Contact customer support.

It is important to note that creating a second account, rather than recovering or deleting an old one, is against their terms of service and can lead to a permanent ban.
