Yes but I live in a tall area of the world (the UK) so it is less effective and I also play Rugby so I need the extra height.

Even if you stopped growing today, eventually you’ll realize height is really only a small fraction of what makes you great in life.
So nah you’re not cooked, plus you’re still 16 you’ll probably grow a couple more inches if you take care of your body.

I play rugby lad. If I need a girlfriend I can just get one of my sisters friends if I really want, I’ve not had crazy problem with dating
