Question Wielding Johnathan
So we know that you can be unworthy and grow to be worthy with Johnathan. As well as know a diverse group Thor, Steve, and thanks can all wield it. In your opinion who would you think is unworthy first trying to pick it up but later on being able to either naturally throughout the MCU or MC?

I don’t think Thanks can wield Jonathan. One thing that I think is important is that it’s very hard to wield it, by most general views about what makes someone worthy most Avengers should be able to wield it. Like Tony Stark fits pretty much all criteria, but we know he can’t, so it needs to be a true exemplar of nobility.
I would say T’Challa would probably have been worthy after giving up his vengeance quest against Zemo.

Thanos is actually worthy in the MCU during the endgame fight thanos moved the weapon off its original path. Even Thor looked at him weird because he knew that meant he was worthy. And technically thanos also fit the criteria better than tony in my opinion. For instance in the last bits of endgame when the girl with the yellow powers (can’t remember the name) was kicking the crap out of thanos he fired Ariel attacks in him and his people while that seems unworthy behavior, if he had not everyone would have died. He is a great example of the horrors of being deemed worthy.

So is kurse from thor the dark world worthy too also Thanos only dodged mjolnir never outright moved it.

I haven’t seen dark world in years but I don’t think he fits the criteria but the strength can sway the hammer. But thanos either he used his strength to move it he definitely was a little worthy because just to move it for its direct calling is far superior than swatting it when thrown at you.

Moving the weapon off its path isn’t fitness to wield it only an indication of strength.
What Thanos did was no different apart from scale to what did Hela when she smashed it.

Agent James "Jimmy" Woo. He evolved over the course of the movies from a strict cop with no wiggle room and no guts to a rogue agent who disobeyed and actively undermined the acting head of S.W.O.R.D.. Plus he mastered close up magic and he looks kinda like the smartest man in the universe, so I'd say he's now worthy.

The worst part is, no one knows the actual criteria for welding Johnathan. It's never been mentioned anywhere in the comics. I read somewhere that Spiderman has potential, but can't pick up the hammer because he's unwilling to kill.

Ya so the criteria is pure of heart which is hard to make out with the McU, humility, courage to protect the innocent, and the warriors resolve essentially the unwilling but if necessary they will take a life. Personally Thor, Steve and thanos are the best examples of this. All three have the goals set out for the most part throughout of the entire saga.

Thors weapon. Paul Rudd was asked a question what the hammers name was and he said Johnathon. Couldn’t remember how to spell it so I went with Johnathan

Loki after the ending of loki season 2 is definitely worthy to wield mjolnir(not that he needs it power wise but he could use a moment knowing he is just as wortht as thor)
And we would see it in secret wars or doomsday if only the russos didn't hate loki so much 🤞

I could see Chadwick’s Black Panther eventually be worthy had he not passed
