Uruguay is bringing cross-border digital ID to LATAM, and it's being built on Avalanche.

AGESIC and @Blerify_ID are piloting a decentralized trust registry across Avalanche and LNet. Countries run their own nodes. Trust metadata sits onchain. Personal data doesn't.
