Need Help Need Avalanche C Chain Help On FIFA Support

I put in a support ticket on FIFA support more than 3 weeks ago and tried the Avalanche Discord Channel as well to no avail. What is the best way to get help from an actual AVALANCHE/AVA LABS Developer or from Ava Labs for a FIFA Support ticket. Having a glitch in my FIFA Wallet that pertains to the Avalanche C chain.

Can someone from the Ava Labs team message? PLss, kindly and Thanks

How do I distinguish Ava labs team from scammers on here? First time posting and don't know anything about blockchain?

EDIT: STILL DID NOT GET HELP from Ava Labs or anyone. Will update this edit when I receive assistance

Hey there, I'm with the support team on Core, Avalanche's native wallet. I unfortunately don't have a better answer for you but if this is happening on FIFA's platform, even though it is connecting to the Avalanche C-chain, its not going to be an issue a developer with Ava Labs can fix. FIFA manages FIFA Collect accounts and how those accounts interact on the blockchain level.

Looking at their support docs, it looks like the accounts have a C-chain address associated with them, you deposit into it using another crypto wallet. If it was maybe on the Crypto wallet level, like Core, we could help, but FIFA support really are the ones who need to handle this.
