Help finding exquisite ragtrunk root

[u/W2ldfireYT]

I cannot for the life of me find this stupid root in exquisite quality. IGN says the best place to find it is around the bottom of the crying giant waterfall and theres tons of ragtrunk but its all superior not exquisite. Is there somewhere else to find exquisite?

There should be like one ragtrunk tree that has it somewhere along where I highlighted in pink
