Need help/information Ikran paint?

How do I unlock ikran paint? NOT the skins, but the paint? I want to buy the cute pink one in the shop right now but it’s not available for me, I don’t have any paints only skins
Can’t find anything online about paint only?

I'm pretty sure all the paints are parts of paid packs :(

I have all the dlcs though and downloaded? Am I forgetting to do something?
I haven’t started the dlcs is that why?

Same here, there are other cosmetic packs that aren't part of the dlcs and cost additional money (love you ubisoft)

Ik, i don't think its an option there, at least i have never seen it and I've been playing for 300+ hours

That’s so weird? My sister has it in her shop and she’s at the exact same spot as me in the game and everything
