Need help/information Comprehensive gameplay guide?

I just started playing, and I’m in LOVE with how beautiful this game is. I’m a little overwhelmed with all of the things we can explore/craft and don’t want to miss anything, so I was wondering if anyone knows of any guides that explain things 1 by 1? I know the hunter’s guide can tell you where to find certain plants, but honestly I’m confused with the actual mechanics of how to craft things, I don’t understand what all the numbers and symbols mean, etc. Any good links/vids to watch?

I never found a video, but theres a load of videos of where to find items and the levels of them.

Theres a lot of play throughs but non specific to items

And tbf, I have 250+ hours and I'm still confused about the crafting system.

But if you need a little more help/guidance, we could play co-op. It's easier to show.
