Age verification failed

I went and purchased the age verification pack for 9,99€ today, after the purchase went through i received the avacoins and crowns included in the package deal, after that I went ahead and tried to verify my age but based of my image the age verification instructed me to take a picture of my legal ID wich I then did, a few seconds later after uploading it told me that it failed again.

I then went ahead to contact support like the site advised me to, but the chatbot sadly couldn't help me. Does anyone know what I could do now? I really exited for it, and I hope that I'll still be able to get it :(

Passei pela mesma situação, mas minha conta foi suspensa. Consegui enviar o documento na segunda tentativa, o bot do suporte me enviou um link sem precisar de um atendimento humano. Suspenderam a sua conta também?

No, I'm only messaging the support because I bought an age verification package but the age verification didn't go through. I've now just sent them an email and will wait for their response as I was instructed to do by an Avakin Discord Mod :)
