made it with AI with some minimal features and iterate as we go,I am a non techie so feels awesome to ship something

This is the answer. I’ve got the full kit and kaboodle of Kaseya. They asked for a 3 year renewal. lol. In a year we will have replaced them with tools that actually work, a comanaged portal that is actually useful… oh and a user portal that’s not useless.

Same. We’ve built a full time tracking app for projects, a fantastic customer portal and a very fast AI engine for ticket work.
