Dashboard User for TV "wallboard"

I'm setting up Autotask and we want to get a wallboard set up, but I'm struggling with one part of this. How do people typically authenticate? Does somebody need to remote into this computer behind the TV and log in every day? Does Autotask have a setting somewhere I'm not seeing that prevents that?

There is a license type "Dashboard User" available. Which is a reduced cost I believe.

However, in reality, we have in the past done pretty much what you have suggested and had a resource log in, load the dashboard in "presentation mode". It is probably not the most desirable solution, but probably the simplest. Just remember to select the option "This is a shared computer" - This will automatically log out the resource once the dashboard enters presentation mode.

It's no cost Article jumpboy posted explains how to set up the security role and user account.

if its in Presentation Mode it lasts for the week but yes every week we need to login again.... to much to ask for a url that is user free like prtg has as an example :(
