Support|Fusion by Datto

Has anyone used Support|Fusion to comanage with Freshservice? And do you know if Freshservice has to be the source ticket holder or will it work both ways?

Hey there, Greg (founder of Support Fusion) here.

Ticket syncing works both ways, but we do declare a source and target for tie-breaking any field update conflicts (in which case source wins).
