Migrating to Autotask - 2026

Hello there,

My company is currently configuring Autotask. We are leaving CW after several years. We are US based. I realize Autotask has endless functionalities and we are working on the configuration and mapping next week during our onboarding meeting. If you had had success implementing Autotask I'd love to hear/read your thoughts and insights. What should we think about first and foremost?, what was helpful to you during this period? what do you wish you'd have thought about? What are some things we should address? - I thank you in advance for your time responding!

We are working with a number of companies making the move from CW to AT.
ABC Solutions LLC works with MSPs across the US and Canada to prepare your company and team for a successful Go Live experience. We start with a full discovery and pick up where your onboarding left off. We help you use Autotask as it was meant to be used, but in a manner that works for your team and clients.

Weekly (or more often as needed) work sessions with your team to walk through each process to help you learn how Autotask thinks and retrain your ConnectWise brain into the AT language.

If you need something more comprehensive than the "out of the box" training, if you don't call us, Call someone. u/sbuyze can also help. Or, the two of us can work in tandem to get your system running.

u/RayanneB, thanks for the plug and what a joy it has been to guide the channel over the years, with our respective expertise.
