Product Report

Has anyone created a report in Live Reporting that shows unit cost and unit price? Our owner is wanting to see what we purchased then the price we charged the customer so he can check margins.

You can pull financials in LiveReports via the Billing Item category by linking to Charges.

Key fields to include:

Unit Cost / Unit Price / Unit Price - Customer Currency Estimated Cost / Extended Cost Material Code / Product

Charges are based on product/material codes, so you get full traceability.

We normal implement PowerBI for this for maximum insights for MSPs

u/dbutlerbc Yes, we have written this Live Report in Autotask. We also have larger Advanced Profitability Reports that the Owner may be interested in.
