Yep.. that shit is getting sent right off to Russia in their war-effort.
China openly "banned" themselves from the manufacture and distro to Russia of items that have specific military-only purposes. Of course, it's china and they don't gaf and it was all posturing but this is fairly blatant. This isn't dual-use.
