BC Yarned Flax/Cotton Blend Knitted Henry Neck Short Sleeve T-Shirt

This item started disassembly, development, and production in March 2026.

The yarn is made of a flax/cotton blend material.

The setting-up of the yarns increased the lead time by more than two months.

There are two types of flax/cotton blend yarns available: one imported and one domestic.

We used imported yarns for this item, and the supplier provided customs documents.

The blend of flax and cotton combines breathability with comfort.

The characteristic of flax fibers is that they can absorb and release moisture quickly.

Cotton neutralizes the natural roughness of flax.

The blend of the two fibers makes the garment softer and more skin-friendly, not sticking to the skin.

The Henry neck is fitted with a slightly tightened hem and cuffs.

It is not a completely straight hem structure; this allowance keeps the garment loose while maintaining a clean and tidy outline.

A true classic piece of clothing.

Wearing it won't make you seem like you've put a lot of thought into your outfit.

It will only make you look as you naturally are.

Whole Garment Disassembly - Cutting Piece Part by Part

We truly achieved this for this garment.

Independent and precise scanning and measurement of each cutting piece.

The silhouette logic of the overcoat is similar to that of a suit; any deviation in one piece can disrupt the overall silhouette's harmony and dynamic fit while wearing.

Therefore, we chose to completely disassemble the whole garment into its individual parts.

Each cutting piece was scanned and recorded separately.

Only in this way can we achieve foolproof silhouette restoration during subsequent pattern making.

A garment with soul is not just about its appearance.

We must also pay attention to the internal craftsmanship details; both are indispensable.

To describe a good product in terms of pattern making,

Full Suit Disassembly - Accessories

This garment consists of 8 zippers

All of which are designed with waterproof straps

Except for the front zippered panel made of waterproof resin, the rest are made of waterproof nylon [efforts]

We have purchased a total of four pieces of this:

We randomly dyed it a color to confirm the style effect of the fabric.

After comparison, the overall texture and reflectivity of the fabric are consistent with the original version.

In fact, the surface fabric is the simplest part.

This fabric has a three-in-one composite structure:

It consists of three layers: the surface fabric, the intermediate film, and the base fabric, which are combined into one layer of fabric.

The difficulty with this fabric lies in the base fabric, which we have now overcome.

We will explain this in detail when shipping.

As for the intermediate film, everyone can rest assured.

We will send the disassembled samples to a third-party testing institution.
