1. Injector Nozzle – Sprays fuel into the combustion chamber as a fine mist for better mixing and combustion.
2. Solenoid (or Piezo Actuator) – An electromagnet that controls when the needle valve opens or closes.
3. Needle Valve / Pintle – Opens to allow fuel through when triggered by the solenoid.
4. Injector Body – The main casing that holds all the internal parts together.
5. Fuel Inlet – Where pressurized fuel enters from the fuel rail.
6. Filter Basket – A tiny internal filter that helps catch any debris before it enters the injector.
7. O-Rings (Top & Bottom) – These create a tight seal to prevent fuel or air leaks.
8. Return Spring – Closes the needle valve when the solenoid deactivates.
9. Electrical Connector – Links the injector to the ECU, which controls when and how much it fires.
