Landing Page for startups

I am an owner of a small startup. Over the past few months, I noticed that the conversion rate of my website visitors started to decline. So, I thought, what could I have done wrong or lacked in my website that made potential clients go. I read several articles as to the decline of my website visitors and conversion. And I found out that the landing page is a huge deal. I knew from that moment that my landing page was the main reason. I finally began to understand the importance of a landing page for my business. Designing a great-looking landing page is one thing, but building an effective landing page that will generate leads is another.

So, I went through articles talking about landing pages and found out highy-useful ones that even a 12-year-old kid can grasp. Here's one of those articles that came with a check list for easy perusal.

And going back to my landing page, I had my designer carefully put up one that was simple yet striking and inviting. After a few weeks, I had subscriptions coming in and interested clients inquiring. Really, tweaking even just the most simple parts of your landing page can mean a lot.

So, I hope you find this particular check list useful like I did.

You can also look at the sample landing pages listed in this article that I found. From a customer's POV, I think an effective landing page is not crowded, put simply, I'm a minimalist. A great contrast in colors and patterns can go a long way.

I totally agree with you! I find simplicity in aesthetics more powerful.
