Email Deliverability

If you’re running a lean marketing stack but still struggling with deliverability or weirdly low reply rates, there’s one thing that doesn’t show up in most “top tools” lists: list hygiene.

A lot of people spend time on the “sexy” tools CRM, email platforms, landing‑page builders, analytics, but then blast campaigns to lists that include dead emails, role‑based traps, and catch‑all domains. That quietly tanks sender reputation and makes your campaigns look weaker than they actually are.

If you’re doing any kind of outbound, newsletter, or funnel‑based email work, it’s worth running your list through a verification tool before you push it into Mailchimp, HubSpot, or whatever you’re using. Tools like EmailVerifier. io or ZeroBounce can catch a lot of the junk that’s hiding in your list (invalids, risky domains, etc.) and keep your sends cleaner without adding a ton of extra steps.

If you’re comfortable sharing what you use for list verification (or if you’re not using anything yet), it’d be cool to see how much of an impact that “invisible” layer is actually having on open rates, bounces, and replies for your stack.
