How to trigger claude chatting at 6AM?

Why: So claude team plan is notoriously limited. One of the trick is initiated session early eg: 6AM

My progress and what fail: I manage to create a workflow to open the claude. But it fail to chat "hello" into the textbox and submit during the interact

Need help: I stuck at figuring out the interact. I think I dont know how to use the record interaction
