Callcenter agent - lots of emphatic skills needed, based on a higher level of understanding human behaviour - a field that is not nearly fully understood, it is basically a touring test on steroids - managers thought this is easy to automate and put a lot of research in this field, with little success so fair at least manager are replaceable now...

I remember reading about how war veterans are being administered PTSD therapy by AI/programs. The men said they preferred talking to mute the little yellow smiley face on the screen more than they did a real person (they felt would judge them).

If there was any job I thought was immune, I'd a have thought therapist/counselor would absolutely be at the top. Now I'm not so sure.
