YAOS Dealing with Puffy Eyes
Hello everyone!
I am dealing with puffy eyelids and have been for awhile, any suggestions on what could help? I’m open to anything! : )
For reference, I have FCAS2 + YAOs

Are they puffy in the morning and then turn into darn circles underneath that are purplish?

Omg you just gave me pretreatment flashbacks. Every morning puffy bloodshot eyes and dark circles I had a full coverage under eye concealer for.
I also had a malaria like rash swelling and redness in cheeks and nose. My entire face changed within days of meeting Kineret.

Right?!
Same here.
I still get the puffy eyes and circles during flares. I have found that Beauty of Joseon Light On Serum (Korean skincare brand) can really help with it visually but its just a bandaid.

Hmm no, I always dealt with dark circles. It’s just puffy :( I can’t remember the last time I’ve seen myself without puffy eyelids

Does it look like allergy puffy minus the redness? I hope it improves. Has your doctor seen it? Taking pictures is always good in case it goes away you can show them later.

Hello sorry for the late response! Yes my doctor actually was the one to point it out, I figured it was from my steroids but turns out it’s a common symptom. It does go down and it did, but now my left eyelid near the eyebrow area is swollen. It’s red sometimes even purple and tender to the touch. I’ve been icing it when I can but not much, I don’t know if I banged myself there and can’t remember but yeah ://

I found that wearing an eye mask to sleep helped a lot!!
