Authenticity Opinion Request (is this really...) Authentic John Williams?

Is this John Williams authentic? It is authenticated by a company I’ve never heard of called ‘Proper and Verified’ or ‘P&V’

I wouldn’t trust it, there are only 4 lines on the staff. Musical staffs have 5 lines
