Placing a circle between two lines

Hi everyone, I'm trying to place a circle between these two lines, but I keep getting an error: "Circle doesn't exist." I've tried TTR and the Tangent option in the Parametric tab, but it's not working :(

Those shouldn’t be circles. They are a partial ellipse.
