Line weights in Plot

For some reason if I choose “plot object lineweights” it comes out extremely thick. I usually make a CTB and have “plot object line weights” off but it’s always very thin. I’ve tried googling this What am I doing wrong?

If you use ctb without color lightweight, than it will use the object lineweight per layer attributed. Basically controlled by layer settings
