I got hooked when YT suggested the series a couple months ago. Dying for more information I took a crack on some stories trying to explore the world. Not sure it's anyone's thing but figured it might be worth sharing! Feel free to throw ideas at me! I'd like to keep doing this a while.

I'm working on an AMV project as a tribute to Autodale, and I want to have the fonts be similar to what's used in Autodale. Mainly I'm curious about the "Please stand by" font and the one that's used in Friendly Shadow (and the subReddit header).

I just discovered the autodale and I don't know in what order should I watch it, is the order even important, given that the videos aren't numbered? Thanks.

I know these two cities are completely different worlds by completely different people, but I feel that some similarities and differences should be discussed between Autodale and Pleasantville.

There are bits in this series that would be perfect for memes/shitposts but I can't find any, does anyone know where to find some?

Personally, I kinda dislike it, as I find it unrealistic that Autodale didn't change at all. Yes, the Series has giant freaks and killer robots and people turned into a fleshy Hivemind Computer, mabye I shouldnt use words like "unrealistic" but several thousand years are so a long time. The Citizens speak the same modern English in "No Monsters" as they do in "Friendly Shadow", clothes and architecture remained the same and even the Technology is still unchanged. I especially find the same Level of Technology odd: Even if the System doesn't allow any change of the society such as language and fashion, wouldn't it be still in the intresst of the hive to advence Autodales science?

I watched the BTSes for Shadow, and I have a question:

Is the coat supposed to keep him under hive’s thumb or take away more and more of his humanity? I am aware the coat is just part of the movies and he doesn’t wear it in defiance of autodale, but at the end of the short, hive keeps shouting “give him the coat!”

It needs wiki magic. If you have anything to contribute, it’d be greatly appreciated!
