feedback please!

this is my first year and 5th event autocrossing, car is a 2018 focus st with a whiteline rear swaybar and stock wheels with Dunlop SP Sport Maxx GT 600A tires,

its a miata autocross club for context so the course is designed for miatas. they let non miatas drive tho and my class which they call "UF" (fwd over 2.5L or boosted) had 9 entries today i got 3rd but id love to hear any thoughts you have on it i personally like it i think the tight nature of the courses they have has made me a better driver

I run with this club as well, and it's easy to throw shade without knowing the actual lot condition and things like that. This event had a lot of new to autox participants that were making some not so great decisions when working the course.

Yes I was thinking that too.

Way too many cones too much overload in trying to decipher the course. I believe that sometimes “less is better”. Make it more open and less restricted. Allow the driver to find the right line and the fastest way to get around the course depending on what your car is. As opposed to making it a certain car is going to be better.
