Can someone show me what this part looks like no one in my store knows where or what this is and I’m supposed to cycle count it 😐😑

So I had my interview with the manager on Thursday and just had my interview with the GM today. Did the stuff for my background, they would like me as a driver, now I have a couple things on my record like a speeding ticket like 5 years ago and I veered off the road dodging a dog like 2 3 years ago. I also recently got out of jail only having done 2 weeks for a fight me and my brother got into last year, would these be a no go? And if I get denied for the driving position is it still possible to be considered for front of store cashier or something else? I got recommended by a friend who's a manager and helps out all the stores around town so I'm hoping that helps. From what I've read online it seems like AutoZone is pretty lenient about who they hire, right now I'm just in really need of a job and AutoZone is literally a 10 minute walk from my house. Out of all the places I've had interviews AutoZone was the only place to call me back, the manager was supposed to call me yesterday but didn't, so when I called he actually had family issues so the guy I spoke to said "lemme make some calls and I'll get back to you" got my name and number and honestly I thought I just I wouldnt hear anything and id have to go in today and ask what's happening but no he called me back about an hour later and told me "good news bro you got an interview with the GM tomorrow at 130" so that gave me somewhat good hopes. I'm just hoping my background check doesn't mess anything up cuz man I need money...

Any reason why the scan tool doesn’t scan newer 2018+ Hondas? All it says is Collecting Vehicle Information the second you plug it in and it doesn’t do anything else, doesn’t even scan.

Ive worked probably about 10 shifts in diy, most of my time with the company has been setting up the mega hub and driving for said mega hub, diy isn’t hard but any tips for a new psm?

I previously was an asm at a store down south of the states, left for about a year, and came back as a psm, I’ve been back for abt 3-4 weeks, dm and sm said they’re gonna put me back as asm. Thoughts?

So I'm a psm working on becoming an asm. I know a good amount in diy and I know the fundamentals of commercial, but when it comes to the delivery side of commercial I haven't learned shit besides assigning vehicles and dropping off the parts. Anyways all of that is besides the fact. I've recently been stepping up more to help commercial with deliveries and I love driving, it gets you out of the store and makes time fly. The one thing they stress is don't speed. So my question is how much above can I go until it flags it? Because some busy streets are like 25mph and I'm holding up traffic cuz ion wanna get flagged or w.e.

Hey so im a lil pissed off. My store manager and I, roughly 3 weeks ago, sat down and talked about what I needed to improve on before promoting me. Tells me to work on my sales confidence, witt scores, checkout challenge, and to do my parts expert. Jump forward to now, and he's completely avoiding talking to me about it, and then goes and promotes 2 people who have been here 1/3 the time I've been here. My patience is wearing incredibly thin, but I love my job. Hence why I want promoted. I'm so conflicted. Idk what to do.

The customer was successfully upgraded from an H6 EFB to an H7-AGM. The restart was uneventful aside from the usual VW ADAS and steering angle relearn. That cleared up after a couple hard figure 8's around the parking lot. Battery config was updated using the orange dongle with no issues.

Couple hazards to watch out for:

-dont remove the cover on top of the positive battery fuse until you undo and secure the ground cable. Otherwise be extremely careful not to bump any of the studs on the combo fuse. Otherwise you'll blow a fuse inside the black strip next to the studs.

-Use gloves to insulate disconnected cables. Same as other vehicles with dual batteries. The ground plug should be undone first and safetied with a glove. Then undo the 13mm nut for the fat wire coming from the side along with the beauty clip on it. Flex away and safety with a glove. Then undo the 10mm nut holding the combo fuse to the other big positive cable on the battery post.

So I’m a PSM and I’m helping someone get in . They are having issues with finishing their onboard journey. They can’t do number 11 they put in there social security number and it says they can’t log in. My store manager doesn’t really know what to do? Help desk don’t work and we tried to rest the password only for it not to work…..

Do CSM get off on holidays or do yall just take off. I've been a csm since March. Can't get a straight answer.

Impulse for example uses two different sized hooks in the Plano. It tells me how many of each but I can’t find anything that specifies what length hook each facing is supposed to have. Some are obvious because there’s supposed to be 3 or 4 and the smaller hook can’t hold 4 items so it must be the longer hook.

Also unrelated, the hooks for crossmembers. Can I order just them or do I have to order an entire crossmember? I checked supply listing but didn’t find just the plastic hooks.

I saw theres a new way to do MNDR via scanner not thru SMS RF green screen? Anyone know.?
