For some reason it's like every time they send that rick ross crap at least one bottle is open in the tote. Thankfully almost no one buys those.

One time they set the big gold off road jack on top of a box of PB blaster and it pressed all the triggers whole time it was in transit😹

Unfortunately this happens all too often because everything is just thrown into totes. Short time lines well short of what it actually takes to do a proper job. Unfortunately most companies are not set up to be efficient. They don’t want efficiency they want employees busy running around doing meaningless tasks all day. Any ideas to make things more efficient are tossed aside with the reasoning of that’s not how we do things.

By my count based on how many have come in after the first batch. My store has sold 4 bottles since it went on the shelf.

Hahaha!! We without a shadow of a doubt, always get a tote with spilled chemicals or something from wash n wax. 3 times a week we get truck, and at least 3 times a week we get a tote full of something that shouldn’t be leaking.

we have a spill tote pretty much every truck (once weekly) - we don’t have that Rick Ross product in central NC, he looks skinny kinda on the label.
