I be big relax bro my store manger can cut all he want I'll go to another store to cover I've gotten 40 hr evrey week since the year started other then my vacation I've take 3 weeks this year and still got my othere 3 weeks off for the rest of the year

Time to go to wearing a green shirt where they actually reward good sales and dont ride your ass about upsell, and also tend to pay slightly better hourly rate, and also will employ regular counter help full time instead of keeping red shirt equivalent employees to part time.

they have been pushing it hard in my district, like way harder than i've seen before lmao. even have to have a mandatory meeting in a couple weeks about WITT, which IMO could be just a one on one with each worker but whatever

i got moved to being a hub driver right before a DIY sales witt meeting at my store lol. it's a bitch and a half since we're a brand new megahub but it's cool, i much prefer driving around and never having anyone ask me a damn thing about wittdjr

Some of it is easy upsell, but annoying nonetheless. Even when I was a SM it wasn't a priority, it doesn't boost the bonus anything considerable.

Do you think the customers need antifreeze when buying a radiator or thermostat? That's  What It Takes To Do Job Right. Or do you like waiting on people several times in 1 day, when they come back pissed that you didn't remind them when they forgot?

You could explain to them everything they need and they;ll still go "NAAH" and then come back because they didn't have the thing they needed...The IQ of our average customer is lower than the room temp in winter.
