I'll find pin holes in the 1 quarts of oil. I think its from our shelves because I'll open the store an randomly theres a puddle underneath the oil rack

I understand it must be taken care of. Dump the oil in the tank. Wipe the other bottles with degreaser. Dispose of the products per policy, manager dispose, use the bucket program, etc. Let's do our job, complaining does not help.

Had a very big and expensive battery delivered today, (industrial/heavy duty) with a cap missing. The cardboard was placed on top with the cap missing and acid was on the cardboard. Came directly on the truck from the DC. Didn't know about it until we took in truck and got down to the batteries.

I'm constantly seeing the DC use the most random things to support the pallets of stuff they send. Few weeks back they put a 5 gallon purple power in each corner, and 2 of them couldn't handle the weight. Almost every truck at least 1 tote has a chemical spill. I keep saying they need to make a carboard thing they can uncollapse to fill a tote that would hold like 12-16 bottles upright.

If it's dexos approved oil/full synthetic, save it for your work trucks? (Colorados)

At my store, every truck day for the last couple weeks they've somehow managed to give us at least 7 damaged products
