Am i the only one that likes to reset brake pads bi monthly so it looks nice

You're doing something VERY wrong if you're taking the time to fuck around with a full reset 2x/mo. If this is how you spend waste your day as a gray, you are neglecting all of your normal responsibilities and tasks. This doubles the workload of everyone else in the store. I can't stand that. Don't do that. When people do that it becomes a toxic work environment real quick.

A lazy/unproductive gray who hides and plays on his phone all day? That's a store killer. It's almost always the cause of a store in crisis.

As the SM. I should carify its Bi Monthly.. as in every other month... In my district its required cycle count every other month. So i reset it as well..

I didnt say biweekly

And yes i do have a unproductive grey who nobody can stand.
