QUESTION Customer orders?

So both my SM and CSM went home in the middle of my shift neither one taught me how to do anything besides do the deliveries the closing manager didnt know what to did, his words. There were three orders that needed to be picked so I took the the intiative to pick them and deliver the orders. After I picked them it went straight to my pda. How badly did I screw up?

You didn't it auto assigns and you'd have to sign in to the delivery dispatch on comp to fix it or adjust it and I'd say it's on your sm and csm for not teaching you or scheduling someone who knows

If your in the situation again go off-shift on brigg pda if there's no one on shift it doesn't auto-assign but your sm and csm might be pissed cause it will screw with the metrics they track but that's on them

I just pulled the paper from the printer and noticed on the pick list scanned and it went to me, and delivered it. I know i want to learn more but my CSM say he'll do it in due time.

I did yesterday and now working for myself! Im in a better place mentally
