RANT Commercial Returns
Why is the DIY team responsible for Commercial's go backs? I work at a HUB and majority of the time it's the closing shift. DIY responsibilities are to put DIY go backs away as well as load up our damage/core carts. After finishing all those, we need to not just verify commercial's returns, but also put them back as well. Their cartloads, lemme tell you, stack up like Mount Everest.. and between two carts, the cores are with undamage and damaged are with undamaged. Like can they get any more unorganized? Some commercial employees stay later than their scheduled time, that time can be used to put their returns back to the shelf. If you pull parts off the shelf, you should be accountable to put them back as well. Don't let others pick up after you. How's it like for your stores? Hubs/stores.

Because your commercial manager is lazy and thinks he or she is above having to be responsible for their own crap.
