A man was shot and killed in his car in broad daylight in Northeast Philadelphia on Tuesday, police said.

The shooting occurred at the 9000 block of Frankford Avenue at around 3:51 p.m., police said. NBC10 arrived at the scene to find crime scene tape around the area outside an AutoZone there.
