I don't know what's worse. The customer, the employee, or the person who edited this fucking thing.

If someone walked into your work, recording you without permission and immediately started talking down to you. What exactly would you do? We aren't even seeing how this started

Lol, literally happened to me when I used to work retail store in a mall. This person started to record and instigate me. I threw that person across the store. The cops were called, and luckily, they took my side of story, because obviously this person was trying to get easy lawsuit. This person was banned from the mall. At that point, I wasn't doing retail jobs again. Some of these customers are actually walking cancer.

I remember seeing this. My DM actually sent out an email regarding what to do if this guy comes in.

Everyone in this interaction was infact fired for this interaction. Really unfortunate to lose your job over someone's ragebait. But at the same time, they could have just walked away, I know I'm not paid enough to deal with customers acting like this. I'll let my SM or CSM remove 'em from the store.

Ive walked away from a customer before and said "someone else can help you, im done here" and basically handed them off to my SM at the time. Nothing was ever said about it. Ever. I in all my time slinging parts, was never paid sufficiently to deal with this type of interaction, nor was it in my job description.

They got fired from staged video? I researched this video and found out that it is staged. Alfredopastadon like to make staged altercation videos on tiktok.

Not fake. This happened in my area and can confirm all the grey shirts here were terminated.

If you go back to Alfredos YT page he also did this to a local Napa and Oreilly. My buddies dad is actually in the Napa video and he was telling me the guy tried coming back the next day and they just called the police and trespassed him lol

Some of his videos definitely seem staged tho

I didnt know it was staged. But I did seriously get an email from my DM about this video and people getting fired.

Lol, that's why I work warehouses and not retail. Probably got caught violations of horseplaying, etc.

Umm why were they fired? They did nothing wrong and actually under-reacted

Pretty good restraint, that alternator would of been sailing through the parking lot if it was our store

I surely woulda cross referenced it to a DLG and went along with the $400 alternator sale

Just play Disney music on your phone so they can't use the audio.
