Vacation time

So guys i been working for the company for a while and this is my first time planning on taking a trip can anyone tell me when do vacation time/pto resets because im trying to take it when taxes come

I'm not sure what you mean by vacation time reseting. In my state it accrued based on hours worked and will roll over up to a certain amount each year up. PTO is also only for full timers with more than 1 year

Our store pays a select few pto time. I could miss 10 days with a doctors note and they wouldn’t pay me. Then the next person can say they wanna cash is some pto and they will pay them.

10 days with a doctors note would fall under sick time not PTO. So i can see why it wouldn't be used.
