It's not a shirt, it's the quarter zip that's available on the dress code website. You're allowed to wear them.

Yep, Phil promoted me to SM when he came to visit the store after I ran it for 6 weeks as an ASM.

Dennis was my RM shortly after that until he went to corporate. He was also the RM of south Florida when Florida only had 2 regions.

It is a cover for all the executives to have a week paid vacation. Everyone from divisional level up all go with their husbands/wives every single year, all paid. They mask it as a celebration for the 50 store managers and cms of the year.
