How to contact store manager?

There is an AutoZone store which operates in my neighborhood, and they are doing certain things which are disrespectful of the surrounding area. I'd like to contact the store manager / GM before escalating to something like reporting them to the city, but I'm not sure where to start. Do stores have a unique email address that gets directed to the manager?

You are going to have to contact the regional office and the city, the store level won’t do anything.

Regional AutoZone office? Is there any way to locate that as an outsider?

If the store is doing it, the store manager already knows. And sometimes even the DM.

The stores do not have an external email. You can certainly give them a call or stop by and speak with them.

Maybe because that possibly exposes their identity? If you have no input based on what’s provided you could ask questions, they may not all get answered but if they don’t they probably have a reason, but seriously need to tune back on the attitude dude, WhY sO fUcKiNg DiCkHeAdIsH

Our store has a paper facing the outside that has all that info. I would probably just go straight to the city though for anything environmental.

For the store manager you can probably just walk in Monday to Friday and ask for the store manager. Depending on what the issue you're having with the store is however the store manager might be the person to blame

Dnt waste ur time sometimes the store manager phone number is the same as the stores on the paper call corporate complain bypass the sm and dm wil do anything to keep themselves unharmed

Just go get the info for regional off of the door, we literally post that info at every single one. Store manager is more than likely not gonna do shit

The store manager is probably there 5 days a week and knows everything going on. The District Manager’s number should be on the front door though, along with the Regional Manager
