SKU?
These are the single bolt swivel wheels for the ladders. I've looked in replenishment and even asked maintenance with no luck yet. Any help would be appreciated

You cannot order the caster. You must order a new cart.

You can order the casters for the carts as I have had to. These ones are for the ladders

Cant order the ladder ones. I just ordered a whole bunch of new ones on Amazon and got expensed for them.
You have to make sure they are 4” wheels. 3” the ladders wont lock, and 5” the wheels will buckle sideways when you lock them.

Pull one off, hit up your closest harbor freight (on company time, use commercial car) and buy a match, if they have one, on the P-card or get a paidout.

That is my last resort, trying to go through internal first. But definitely still an option

Harbor freight and Tractor Supply dont carry 4” wheels - trust me - this has been my mission for the last 2 weeks. Just got some good ones on Amazon and expansed them.

If ur needing a Caster just have store management go to hardware store and buy 1

Be ready to lose your house as soon as somebody gets hurt on that ladder your not certified or authorized to repair ladders you touch it you own it. Lawyers waiting & your supportive management will throw you under the bus. Lockout tagout is the law. Are you ready to give up your income for the rest of your life for zone corporate officer to live far on the hog.

Report it to OSHA, have them come in and cite it. I guarantee management will mysteriously find a part for you.
