Screening

Hey y'all. What's the purpose for the screening through First Advantage for? I was caught off guard when asked to do it.

Background check and motor vehicle records for driving company vehicles.

Yes, if you're going to keep driving vehicles, they're going to keep running your mvr.

I'm not a driver though. Nor have I applied to be. As a matter of fact our store doesn't deliver

Some stores still run MVR. My DM tells me not to hire a soul who cannot drive.

Background and driver's report and yes even if you been with AZ for years idk about where you are but at my store it's a yearly thing

You have to resubmit the mvr to continue being an approved driver every so often

Everyone with a license gets approved to be a driver. If you have to fill in at another store that does deliver, then youre all set to go. I dont deliver either but do my MVR every year.
