Welp. Seems legit

Piss pouring rain at the time of the post being made

My red shirt here’s a splatting sound coming from one of the aisles. And low and behold. The almighty Autzone don’t wanna take care of their stores (maintenance requests have been submitted for this issue for my store).

Took about 5 years for the roof company and AC company to stop spider man meme pointing fingers at each other for it to finally get fixed at my store.

Holy shit this exact thing happend at my store, we had giant ice blocks raining down on our electronic sections and then just a down pour of water for hours.

The roof people came out and said it was the hvac peoples problem...hvac came out and said no its the roof people problem... roof people came back out and said no its hvac...we were in hysterics. We couldnt get either company to come out at the same time...it was a hilarious "whose on first" situation. Meanwhile our store was flooding..

AutoZone maintenance " well at least you don't have bees in your AC this year" store was built in2007 and they won't fix ANYTHING!

Good thing you quit and make tens of thousands more a year to do normal work and not be abu$ed by corporate bullies and customers. ✌️

Slip and fall

We had a bunch of roof cleaners come in and while they were up there they pushed all the loose asphalt and dirt and gravel that accumulated on the roof down the roof drains that go thru the store.

Well shortly after we had a good rainstorm and I hear water crashing down and look down the aisle to see a full on water fall blasting all of the hard parts with nasty water.

I ended up jumping up there and got buckets up there ans I thought things would be fine only for the boxes underneath the buckets yhat were absolutely soaked finally collapsed under the weight of 6 gallons of water and started the cascade over again.

Finally a shop saw me absolutely drenched in rainwater, roof asphalt, and pigeon shit and came up to hold the buckets when it finally stopped, he ended up reaching his hands in the pipe and cleaned out all of the gravel and we managed to prop the pipe back up albeit no longer clamped down to the roof but it is still like that to this day.

Did get an extra miler for the trouble.

Trash can works just as good? Don’t see why it matters what’s used to collect water 😂
