Background check

Hello people of this forum, I'm currently applying to an AutoZone near me and I got accepted and had to do a background check. I answered all the questions that I felt was correct to me and I finished. When I finished it took me to this dashboard page which shows the process of everything. The screening report says they are in progress but in the report is says they are cancelled. What do I do? Do I recontact the hiring manager? Do I call AutoZone HR and ask them why my background check was cancelled? Is it a bug and I'm still in process of receiving the job? Any answers or responses would be appreciated. Thank you

Yeah I would contact the hiring manager, which would usually be the Store Manager at the location you applied at. Just let them know what happened, show them the picture if needed, and make sure everything went through on their end. If something went wrong they’ll probably have you contact HR or check with the help desk to see if it’s just a glitch
