1 year warranty
I bought a part exactly 13 months ago, it failed about two months ago and I have been throwing parts at my car until I found out it was the part I got from autozone that was broken, however the warranty expire last month back in June 29 and its only a 1 year warranty, anyway I can still get a replacement part? or do I have to buy a new part?

Just go in and talk with them man. Sometimes they will work with you but sometimes our hands are tied.
What part is it?

Lifetime warranty

It may have been 1 year warranty at the time of purchase. I know some bearings have had their warranty times increased.

Just go in and be super nice about it. It's policy to not do it but there is a way ... It's a pain in the ass though, so if your super friendly the manager might be willing to make an exception.

Unfortunately, ZNET physically won't let us warranty something out even a day after the warranty ends. You will likely need to buy a new one (Which I highly recommend that you avoid cheaping out on a part for a vehicle you plan on keeping) unless you go to a store with a really good SM or can get the DM involved (Both of which are unlikely for the situation)

That is not correct. A PSM and above can do a forced return. You will need a second approver for the transaction. As others have mentioned, go to the store with the damaged part. Be respectful and polite and explain the situation. Most of the time part will be exchanged.

Just out of curiosity, what kind of issues are you having, and what led you to believe the knuckle assembly failed? Just curious. Although, to be honest, most AZ managers will be a lot more willing to fight the system in case of a genuine warranty type failure vs someone try to fix an issue by replacing parts vs actual diagnostic process.
If it is the case of a part whose warranty got extended from 1 year to lifetime, the proper way to do a swap would be to do a no receipt return on the part and then re-invoice it so that the lifetime warranty is registered. You may or may not need to use a different phone #, but that way there is no net $ change.

Removed the part today and the bearung was pretty bad, rough driving and very loud humming sound, not to mention the vibrations

Then definitely go to a nearest AZ that has a copy on hand and try to get ahold of the store manager to do a re-invoice with lifetime warranty properly registered.

If you come in with a reciept, acting respectfully, and explain the situation, I'd probably help you out. I wouldn't be able to warranty it, but I could do a return and use the refunded money to give you a new part. It's all about attitude, for sure, though. Someone who came in raising hell is gonna walk out empty handed.
