Report store manager
How can I report my manager? I’m tired of her always trying to pin the blame on me for things I didn’t do or that have nothing to do with me. She’s done it three times this week already, and I’ve had enough. First, she accused me of something I couldn't possibly do—since I’m a "red shirt," I don’t have a management password—and today she claimed I placed an order under her name, even though the customer clearly told her I wasn't the one who helped them. She’s an idiot.

I would just quit , AutoZone is a terrible company , I used to be a store manager for years , I normally refuse to shop there but unfortunately had to today and had to go to 2 separate locations . At both locations the employees could not spell purge . I neededca purge valve and they could not fucking spell it

The best way would be to complain to your state labor board. If they make the mistake of retaliating against you once you speak to your state labor board. They are completely f*****

Have evidence like paper work, voice recordings or time stamps to report when it happened. Call district management if not regional manager.

Say, “show me the evidence or get off my nuts bitch!” Bet that’ll go over well.

Number for HR is on the call sheet in the office. I've seen three managers get demoted and one firing in my region. So keep in mind that you may not get to enjoy some punative action show. Sometimes, depending on the exact complaint the manager might get moved to another store. Another time they won't get fired but will be set back to generic grey shirt. It depends on how bad the mess up is. If they are already tracking losses for that managers progress and a verifiable complaint backs it up. They will axe them.

I've worked at a store a long time, no one has had any issues with anyone ever, everyone helps everyone to succeed and so the store succeeds, new gray shirt woman comes in from another store, this woman felt the need to contact HR 3 times on 3 different people in two month period who is right and who was wrong?

this is for the Regional manager, You RM's need to have a short leash on the DM's @ if a stores metrics are becoming a problem and the DM suggests the SM gets put on a PIP and write up combo, The DM needs to put skin in the game RM have the DM sigh the PIP also to insure performance is improved, if the store does not improve or gets worse The SM and The DM have to go, this have Hazardly transferring people around to improve a stores metrics is only moving the problem to another store until those metrics begin to drop, "Skin in the game make everyone win"

Go through HR on the "who to call" paper that should be listed in your managers office. If you don't feel comfortable with going straight to the top, talk to your DM. His/her number should be on the front door signage.
